I am a highly experienced and entrepreneurial business leader and coach with strong sales, marketing and strategic business growth experience. An excellent client facing individual with Board level experience, I communicate with ease at all levels and demonstrate excellent people motivation and development skills. With my international multi-channel experience, I am able to bring larger company process and structure to smaller dynamic, growing businesses.
After 10 years experience in IT Sales for blue-chip Corporates in the UK and Europe, I stepped out of the corporate world in 2004 to set up and run my own businesses in property development and executive/business coaching. I have trained at the Coach-U Training Institute in London, the leading provider of coach training programmes accredited by the International Coach Federation (the leading standards and accreditation body for coaches worldwide). I am also a trained practitioner in the Balanced Scorecard, a framework for developing and executing business strategy.
Working as a Consultant with a number of major organisations I have successfully delivered a range of business transformation programmes, drawing upon senior management operational experience in the Financial Services sector. I have also worked in a number of leading Consultancy firms with accountability for all aspects of relationships with key clients including: account planning, sales and delivery, commercial management, and achievement against sales and P&L targets.
My passion now is working with clients to tap into their intuition around what is really important to them and what needs to happen for them to achieve their desired goals. Change is a hard, personal and emotional journey and I support my clients to make successful changes that demand high levels of energy, commitment and creativity.
The key areas where I work with clients are: leadership team development, corporate coaching, and working with change leaders to get the people side of change right. My aim is to supoport organisations in making changes that are recognised as delivering value and are perceived as being right for the organisation and individuals in it.
